University: "The new national team jersey is based on geometric shapes that include traditional Moroccan zellij decorations 

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation unveiled the new national team jersey at Rabat-Salé Airport on Monday. This new kit is designed to celebrate Moroccan football, drawing inspiration from Morocco's rich cultural heritage by blending modern technology with traditional Moroccan symbols.

The statement from the Federation highlighted that the jersey design incorporates geometric shapes inspired by traditional Moroccan zellige tiles, along with the Moroccan flag’s star symbolizing unity and continuity.

Additionally, the jerseys feature Moroccan embroidery patterns and symbols in green and red, paying homage to the Amazigh heritage, with Tifinagh script on the back to showcase Morocco’s cultural diversity. The Federation concluded its statement by emphasizing that the new jersey reflects Morocco's artistic and technological achievements, while maintaining high-quality standards.
